“Are You Up to Speed?” is a community campaign by the

STOP AIDS Project aimed at recreational users, those

considering use, and those who need reinforcement

in their decision not to use speed.

Facts

• 20% of gay and bisexual men in San Francisco have used speed in the last 6 months
• 1 in 3 men who recently tested HIV positive have used crystal in the last six months.
• Using speed means you are 400% more likely to get HIV than other gay and bisexual men.
